The procedures for chemical goods import declaration are as follows

  1、Confirm the import goods, identify the import cooperation relationship: the importer or foreign shipping company to confirm the  goods need to import, the process procedures need us to handle, and sign an agency agreement with our company, then we begin to operate the import procedures of the goods

  2、Handle the import filing procedures for chemicals such as paint and coatings with codes beginning with 3208 and 3209, and the filing acceptance procedures。

  a.After receiving the filing application, the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau shall review the qualifications of the filing applicant, the filing application form and the information provided, and issue the Notice of Acceptance of the filing application for Imported Chemical Dangerous Goods. If it meets the prescribed requirements, the application for filing shall be accepted; If it does not meet the requirements of the regulations, in accordance with the requirements of the Import of chemical dangerous goods filing application acceptance Notice to supplement and rectify the relevant information, can be re-applied.

  b.After the filing applicant receives the filing application from the Shanghai Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, the representative samples consistent with the contents of the application shall be entrusted to the Shanghai Inspection and Quarantine Bureau Industrial Product Testing Technology Centralized Mine Laboratory (hereinafter referred to as the Industrial Product Centralized Mine Laboratory) for special testing. The number of samples should meet the requirements of laboratory special testing and retention samples. The sample size of chemical dangerous goods special testing: 2 pieces / 1 liter per piece.

  The Record of Import of Dangerous Chemical Goods shall take effect from the date of issuance and shall be valid for two years. Within the validity period, when there are major events that may affect the performance of dangerous chemical products, the import of dangerous chemical products should be re-applied for filing. For the specific filing process, filing time and charging standard, please call for consultation

  3、Prepare relevant documents for the import of chemicals. For dangerous chemicals, it is recommended to attach the Chinese label of dangerous goods in advance to avoid rectification after the goods arrive at the port.

  4、Foreign delivery and international transportation: The foreign shipper is ready to ship the goods, we arrange foreign agents to pick up the goods from the factory to the dock, and at the same time docking with the foreign factory the information required for export declaration, arrange the export declaration procedures and the goods are arranged by sea or air.

  5、Before the goods arrive at the port, when the customs system already has the cargo manifest information, our company will prepare the materials in advance to arrange pre-declaration, customs declaration and tax payment.

  6、After the arrival of the goods at the port, our company will arrange personnel to change the order, and the goods that have been released without inspection can be picked up directly and sent to the place designated by the customer.
